Specifications
The wood choice is the main part in order to build a good musical instrument.

FOR THE SOUND BOARD

Wood from cold weather as the firs are preferentially used, since it's a clear wood that offers sharper timbres, and also the "Western Red Cedar", which has a reddish color and smaller rigidity providing graver and mild timbres.

FOR THE SIDES AND THE BACK
Brazil has one of the best and most valued woods from all over the world to make instruments, which is the Bahia's Jacaranda wood. That wood is in the brink of extinction, so it's almost impossible to find it out of Brazil. Other used species are the Paulista Jacaranda wood, the Indian Jacaranda wood, the Mahogany and the Maplewood.

FOR THE FRETBOAT
Preferentially, the Ebony, the Bahia's Jacaranda wood and the Ironwood are used, since they are hard and resistant to the consuming and the deformation.

FOR THE NECK
The Mahogany and the pink Cedar are used.

FOR THE TUNING PEGS
Schaller, Gotoh and Grover.
